Bus to Real, Quezon (4–5 hrs)
Take a Raymond Bus from Legarda, Manila heading to Real, Quezon. Overnight trips are available —
depart 10 PM and arrive at the port by early morning.

Proceed to Ungos Port in Real
From the bus terminal, take a tricycle or jeepney to Ungos Port. Boats to Polillo depart between 5 AM
and noon. Plan your bus trip to arrive by 6–7 AM.

Ferry to Polillo Island (2–3 hrs)
Choose between a fastcraft (~2 hrs, ₱225–300) or a RoRo/passenger ferry (~3 hrs, accepts vehicles).
The sea views are worth it — bring a light jacket.

Transfer to La Julia Island Beach Resort
From the Polillo port, take a tricycle or habal-habal to our resort. Message us in advance and we can
help coordinate your arrival!

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for peak season (March–May and December). A
10% downpayment of your total is required to secure your date. This is fully applied to your total bill
upon check-in.
Yes! We have internet access at the resort. Signal quality may vary but is generally reliable for
messaging, social media, and light work. For heavy video calls, Starlink is available — ask us when
booking.
We do not offer cancellations, but we are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date at
no extra charge. Simply contact us as early as possible and we will find the best alternative date for
you. Your downpayment is carried over to the new date - it is never forfeited.
Absolutely! Beach House I has its own kitchen. Beach House II and the Tower House share a common
beachfront kitchen. We provide utensils. You can buy fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen right
near the resort.
Sea conditions occasionally cause ferry delays or cancellations, especially during typhoon season
(June–November). We monitor PAGASA advisories closely and will contact you immediately to arrange a
reschedule. We never charge anything extra for weather-related disruptions — your downpayment is safe and
carried over to your new date.
