To secure a booking, a 10% downpayment of the total amount is required. This downpayment is non-refundable but will be fully credited toward your total stay cost upon check-in.
We do not offer cancellations. However, guests are welcome to reschedule their stay to any other available date at no extra charge, provided notice is given in advance.
In cases of severe weather or ferry cancellations, we will coordinate with you for a free reschedule. Your downpayment will be carried over to your new chosen date.
